This is a prototype in active development. If something is wrong or confusing, that is useful to know.
Write to asaf@pathtounknowing.com with what you were doing and what happened. Include the screen you were on.
The app is not a crisis service and not a substitute for professional care. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country.
Without an account, your journey (reflections, seeds, map, moments, course progress and the opening example) is saved in this browser. Clearing browser data removes it, and it does not follow you to another device. You can clear it yourself in My Map.
With an account, your journey is also saved to your account so it syncs across devices, and moments you work through are saved there too. Each account can only read its own journey. A guest journey already on this device is only added to an account if you choose to import it.
Course worksheets stay in memory unless you press “Save on this device”. Saved worksheets stay in this browser and are not uploaded.
The opening example does not label, score or diagnose you. Your choice is kept only so you can resume it.
Ask AsafGPT is an AI practice companion built from Asaf’s book, practices, course and teaching. It is not a live conversation with Asaf. What you type is sent to an AI service to produce the answer, and the conversation is kept in your journey.
Your path position and latest reflection are only sent if you turn on sharing in My Map. It is off by default. On the guide screen, “What is sent with my question” shows exactly what goes with each question.
Staff review is a separate choice, off by default. If you opt in while signed in, your questions and the guide’s answers are saved with your account, and the PTU team (Asaf and people helping him improve the guide) can read them. Questions saved this way earlier stay stored until you ask us to delete them.
You can use everything, including the 30 days and the course, without ever using the guide.
The readings, practices and teaching in the app are the work of Asaf Oz and are for your personal use. Please do not redistribute them.
The app is offered as-is while it is a prototype: features may change, and content is still under editorial review. Access arrangements and pricing are not final and are not being charged for through this app today.
You can stop at any time. My Map lets you erase your journey from your account. To delete the account itself, saved moments or questions saved for staff review, write to asaf@pathtounknowing.com and we will confirm what was deleted.
